Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition. Returns must include proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt).
The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return safely reaches us.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right, our goal is to keep every customer’s experience smooth and stress-free.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and note which replacement you’d like. We’ll issue a replacement once your original item is received and approved.
